How To Get A Glimpse Of Eden

How to get a glimpse of Eden is really to try an imagine what our Eden home would be like. There is a clip in the video that says “Let your fantasies be founded on truth.” What I mean by this is; for Christians, we believe the words of the bible to be true, so we try to imagine what it would be like to get a glimpse of Eden, and imagine ourselves once again living in that beautiful garden. Of course the bible tells us that we just can’t imagine how beautiful it will be. I would rather think on these things than to think on negative and dark images.

Thinking on beautiful things always uplifts our minds. Who wouldn’t want to live in a beautiful garden, a perfect garden! Who wouldn’t want to be able to touch a rose and to know we wouldn’t be pricked by the thorns! Who wouldn’t want to have the perfect temperature…no complaints of too much heat, no complaints that its too cold.

A glimpse of Eden would be to live in a place with no threats of hurricanes, no threats of earthquakes, no disasters, no massacres, no more threats of global warming. Houses wouldn’t have to be boarded up when hurricanes are in the forecast. No running into the streets for earthquakes. We would gather together regularly without the fear of being shot and massacred. We would walk the Streets of Gold, no chance of a disaster taking place there.

Living in Eden would mean to live in perfect harmony with each other, no more black and white issues, no more police shootings. Everyone there will be like minded. We will uplift each other, we will know the meaning of true love, we will live joyously, walking the streets of gold forever and ever. When we keep reading scriptures, we will get glimpses of Eden, we will get glimpses of our eternal home.

Volume Of Water

Volume

Last year, spring time was a time of unusual dryness. This year, it is totally the opposite. An unusual volume of water has left parking lots flooded, marshes overflowing, and trees appearing to be growing out of Lake Ontario.

The change in our local landscape is very evident, due to the volume of water that we received recently.

Daily Prompt: From Marsh to Meadow

Arid

For a few years now Cranberry Marsh has been one of my favorite places to visit. It’s a very tranquil setting for man and for animals.

Many of the migrating birds use this as a rest stop as they head south, and then back north again.

Last year we watched in horror as our marsh turned into a meadow. It is now devoid of water fowl and birds. We are praying for rain and a return of bird as we hope that our marsh does not turn into an arid waste land. Things are truly changing as this earth heats up.

Weather Forecasting Christians

outside

For the past few hours I’ve been watching the Weather Forecasters bring their reports on Hurricane Matthew. Some of them unexpectedly end up in harm’s way as they try to send messages as to where to go, and where not to go; these are messages that could save many lives, if the people are sensible and heed their warnings.

God’s End Time Christians are to be like Weather Forecasters. We should be on the front lines, sending messages and warnings to the unbelievers of the impending events that are about to happen, letting them know that they need to get under the banner of protection of Gods Love, so that they may be saved. Hurricane Matthew is one of the worse storms in recent times, they say, but though the world classifies a lot of the storms due to Global Warming, the Bible tells us that there will be storms (famines and earthquakes) and as time goes on they will worsen.

Mark 13: 8 ……There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.
