Here are some of the things that will happen at the end of time:

1: People will be deceived.

2: Earthquakes, famines wars.

3: People will be persecuted and put to death.

4:  Many Christians will be hated.

5: Many Christians will turn away from the faith and they will hate and betray each other.

6: There will be increase wickedness.

7: The love of many will grow cold…..in other word love will be replaced by hate.

8: Some will remain faithful to God till the end.

Just wondering how much further we have to go before we are at the very end of time….would love to hear the thoughts of others.

Matthew 24:4-12 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

Good Or Evil

God is not asleep, not even a quick nap will He take. We may not think about it, but He is observing every evil action that is happening to His little children at this very moment. It is very difficult at times to walk as Christ wants us to. He tells us:

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary , repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.1 Peter 3:9

1 Peter 3:9 is really showing us just how difficult it is to show love, as God wants us to.

In the news today, they told the story of students hurling hateful and evil words at other students. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been to thinking good and loving thoughts at that time.

If we are believers and we are experiencing persecution, just remember that:

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are attentive to their prayers. 1 Peter 3:12

Praying is the key, it may seem ineffective, but pray without ceasing, and see results.
