Looking Forward To Someone Famous:
I know someone who I’m looking forward to seeing. But today’s daily prompt is: Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?
I had to think about this one, as I’ve perhaps seen a few famous people, but can’t say I met them. But I did have someone famous bump into me.
This happened when I was much younger and a bit more impatient. While walking through LaGuardia Airport, someone bumped into me. I looked around in disgust as the person passed by. Did they not see me?
My cousin exclaimed, “Oh wow, it’s Stevie Wonder.” And right away, my disgusted attitude turned to a more forgiving attitude. No longer did I mind being bumped, especially by Stevie Wonder. After all, he was one of my favorite singers.
Over the years I’ve seen other dignitaries or singers and soap opera stars, all when I was young. But I would never say I met them.

Looking Forward To Seeing And Meeting Someone Glorious:
I must say there is One person I am waiting and hoping to see. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is our Almighty Lord Jesus Christ.
I hope that one day, I will see heaven part and roll back. And Jesus will be seen high in the sky, with His army of angels all dressed in white around Him.
Christ on a White Horse
11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness, He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS. Revelation 19:11-16
Jesus is Love, but He will also judge what is good and evil. I look forward to that day when Jesus’ wrath eradicates all evil, and only harmonious times will exist.
