While lazy days could be a problem, I think it’s okay to have a lazy day or a day of rest without feeling unproductive. Because when God created the world, He gave us a rest day, known as the Sabbath Day.
But I think the problem may arise when we have too many lazy or idle days. These are the kind of days that the Bible speaks against.
Having Too Many Lazy Days Leads To This:
The lazy man buries his hand in the bowl; It wearies him to bring it back to his mouth. Proverbs 26:15
The lazy man is wiser in his own eyes than seven men who can answer sensibly. Proverbs 26:16
I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth.
I believe that if the Caterpillar can fly we too can learn to fly. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. As you know the Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. And we too have a "Host" and He also provides us with abundant food. If we used the fuel from this food (Scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress. We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts and minds.

Love a day of rest!
Yes, it does wonders for the body and the mind.
As someone who lives with chronic illness I need lazy days at times
Yes, that is quite true. I know that quite well. Though I hate the feeling of being idle, my body too need that down time.
Once in awhile a lazy day is just what my body and spirit need. But the other days, I am trying to keep up a full head of steam. Blessings Leola.
Yes, our bodies do need those lazy days at time. Many blessings to you Richard.
