The Principles That Define How I Live

What principles define how you live?

Bible Principles:

I try to live by Godly or Biblical principles. I say I “try” because I tend to fail repeatedly. And if someone does evil, it is hard to think of doing good. Yet the Bible tells me to do the opposite.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:2

It’s a simple request but very difficult to do at times. But I know that God will be the ultimate Judge. This is just one of the many principles I may fail. But I am so thankful that God is a forgiving God.

But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6:15

Living Godly principles is a minute-by-minute and day-by-day process and very difficult but rewarding.

    1. Thanks for your kind words in regards to the photo. Yes, we must keep enduring. With God’s help we will make it.

  1. Amen. Leola, your witness is filled with an important cornerstone of our faith . . . forgiveness. Indeed, we fall short of Christ’s perfection, and we always will. Yet, He never tires in picking us up and encouraging us to take one more step. Blessings. The autumn photograph is a keeper!
