I try to live by Godly or Biblical principles. I say I “try” because I tend to fail repeatedly. And if someone does evil, it is hard to think of doing good. Yet the Bible tells me to do the opposite.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:2
It’s a simple request but very difficult to do at times. But I know that God will be the ultimate Judge. This is just one of the many principles I may fail. But I am so thankful that God is a forgiving God.
But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.Matthew 6:15
Living Godly principles is a minute-by-minute and day-by-day process and very difficult but rewarding.
I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth.
I believe that if the Caterpillar can fly we too can learn to fly. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. As you know the Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. And we too have a "Host" and He also provides us with abundant food. If we used the fuel from this food (Scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress. We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts and minds.

Amen. Leola, your witness is filled with an important cornerstone of our faith . . . forgiveness. Indeed, we fall short of Christ’s perfection, and we always will. Yet, He never tires in picking us up and encouraging us to take one more step. Blessings. The autumn photograph is a keeper!
I try but fail too. But we persevere 🙏🏻
Yes, and the Bible also tells us to persevere…so onward we go.
Indeed!
