Do you see yourself as a leader?

A Leader Takes Charge:

A leader can easily take charge and lead or organize any group. And that is certainly not me. In contrast, I tend to stay quiet and listen.

I came across one leader, and I found my voice through him. He was the Pastor of a church I was attending, and he had a Sabbath school Class called The Explorers Class.

The class he was teaching was for new Christians. Even though I wasn’t a new Christian I decided to take his class because I had been away from church for a long time, and didn’t feel I knew enough about the Scriptures.

A leader stands out and do not blend in to the background. Just like this picture, I too tend to quietly blend in to my surroundings.

The Explorers Class:

Pastor Edgar let us know that though he was the teacher, we would get an opportunity to speak and share. And that’s what he did.

Each week Pastor Edgar would call us to contribute something to the class. At first, I was scared, but I was fascinated to hear the sound of my voice speaking in a group setting.

I’m not a leader. But because of a good leader, I developed a passion for searching the Scriptures and discovering a relationship with Jesus.

And so I started a blog because although I got to speak in Pastor Edgar’s class, not everyone might be so accommodating. So blogging is my platform and preferred way of communicating.

And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13

    1. So true, we are all leaders in our own way at some things. But I should also add, I have also learned not to be a blind follower either.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve been away from it for a while, but it is so good to be back.

    1. Aww…thank you for such kind words Nora. When I post, I always hope and pray that my photography and God’s word will be a blessing to others.
