People Filled With Fear:
Fear will fill the people when they see the blackened sun and stars falling from the sky. Not only will they be fearful, but they will want the rocks and mountains to fall on them so that they can be hidden from the face of Jesus.
This cosmic disturbance will happen just before Jesus returns to this earth. It will be a frightful day for many. And at this time we will see the wrath of God on display. This will be a day of tough Love.
I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and [a]behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the [b]moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
14 The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
15 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us[f] from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their[g] wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”
Stars Falling To Earth:
Stars fall to earth all the time without creating much damage, and furthermore, scientists might say that we are safe from such a fearful outcome. But however, the Bible tells us differently. So these would have to be stars of quite a magnitude. And we know that with God, anything is possible, as He is all Powerful.

Our God is a God of Love, and He is giving us every opportunity at this time to get to know Him. But clearly, because of you and I hardening our hearts to His wooing, He is gradually leaving you and me to our own desires. And furthermore, this is when His wrath will be experienced.
In addition to leaving humanity to our own desires, we see atmospheric changes all around us. Scientists are pointing to a dire outcome for this earth if things do not change. Besides the warnings from scientists, the Bible also points to many atmospheric changes happening around us and intensifying, as it gets closer to the time of Jehovah’s return to this earth. So this gives you a clear indication of the direction in which we are heading, both from science and from the Bible.
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. Matthew 24:8
As well as making changes in your lives due to climate changes, you and I also need to be making changes in our lives so that we will avoid the wrath of God, which is coming on this earth and will bring great fear to many.
How To Avoid Running In Fear:
Nothing happens suddenly, but everything is gradually unfolding. Now is the time to connect to God, and acknowledge Him. So that you and I may avoid running in fear.
But above all, when we are connected to God, we will be able to look forward to that coming day with joy. Because though it will bring fear to many, it will also be a time of great rejoicing for others.
