Teacher To Many:
Jesus was a teacher to many. He not only taught His disciples, but also the multitude of people who came to hear Him.
Teaching By Using Parables:
Jesus used parables to explain certain situations. And in the Parable of the Workers In The Vineyard, Jesus teaches what the Kingdom of Heaven is like. Also as you read the parable, you will see that Jesus sees things a little differently than you and I would. We would be calling for the union to take over.
In this particular parable, the one that worked a lot fewer hours, got the same wage as the worker who worked many hours. Read the full parable Matthew 20:1-16
The Kingdom Of Heaven Explained:
What Jesus teaches in this parable, should give us all hope. The parable shows how loving and kind Jesus is to all. It doesn’t matter if you are a longtime follower, or if you have just accepted Jesus. Both will be rewarded with eternal life.
Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you.15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ 16 So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” Matthew 20:14-16
So if you are someone who has not accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour, It is not too late. Jesus is waiting for you and for me. He wants us to have eternal living in the heavenly kingdom with Him.
