Many of us may be experiencing times of distress for various reasons. It is good to know that what ever you may be facing, whatever I may be facing, we serve a God who cares and hears. He hears us from His heavenly sanctuary.
In Our Distress God Hears Our Cries From His Sanctuary
God Hears Our Cries:
In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple (sanctuary.) And my cry came before Him, even to His ears. Psalm 18:6

I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth.
If the Caterpillar can undergo a transformation, going from crawling to flying we too should be capable of accomplishing much more. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. The Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. We too have a "Host" and He also provides us with an abundance of food. If we would use the fuel from this food (scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress.
We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts, if only in our minds.
