Birds know how to show love to each other, and we as humans need to do the same.

Scripture:

Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. 1 John 4:11-12 NIV Verse of the Day (Bible Gateway)

If there is one thing we should be taking through this period, it is zinc. It’s good for boosting the immune system. I’ve taken it long before the coronavirus, and I’m taking more of it during this period, and also making sure my loved ones know about it.

      1. You should find a boost to your immune system from taking zinc. It helps in flu season and at the first sign of a cold I also take it. I have taken zinc for years, though not this particular brand. I take it especially now because of COVID. Don’t over do it though stay within the limits. You can’t go wrong with it. Let me know how it works out for you.

      2. Thanks Leola, I get colds and flu so easily and it lasts so long for me, so if this helps a bit that will be nice. Yes, I’ll make sure I stay within the limits of it. Have a great day!

      3. You can also look for some lozenges and as soon as you feel a cold coming on take one. You may be pleasantly surprised. I’m so glad that I found zinc. One of my friends with many health issues was the one to introduce me to it. It’s also a great help to her. Have a blessed day and stay safe and healthy Steve.

      4. I did get some zinc today but couldn’t find the lozenges, not unusual up here. So I took my first tablet today, if it keeps me from colds that will be a great plus! Thanks again and have a wonderful evening Leola!
