We benefit in may ways when we abide in God. When we fall, because of our faith in God and His goodness, we are able to get back up again.
1 Every Thursday I would give you a word from the Bible. You find a scripture to go with the word. If you want you can write a little bit on what the scripture means to you. Don’t forget to follow mycreatorscreation so you won’t miss out on this challenge.

Today’s Word: Abide
Scripture:
And now, little children, abide in Him, that [h]when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming. 29 If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him. 1 John 2 New King James Version (NKJV)
We must remain persistent in our faith, putting our trust in God to the end. When we put our trust in God we are able to stand before Him. No guilty conscious should we have when Jesus returns.
When we abide with God, He will be with us as we go through the darkness.

“LORD, who may Abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;”
Psalms 15:1-3 NKJV
Lord, who will wholeheartedly, trust Your love? Faithful, seek Your heart? Be truly grateful, for Your amazing Grace? Let my heart and soul Lord, be forever at the foot of Your heart!
