So often when we pray, it’s only because we are placed in a difficult situation and so we remember the name of God. At other times when we pray, it’s usually because we want something and hope that God will supply our needs. Not very often do we take the time to simply Praise God for His loving kindness each and every day.

The Scriptures tells us that everything that has breath should praise God, so each time I see these beautiful creature raise their heads and flap their wings with joy, I wonder if they are doing more than just refreshing themselves!

Praise God in His sanctuary;

Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!

Praise Him with the lute and harp!

Better Mental Health:

When we speak positive words, and when we have positive words spoken to us, it will do wonders for our mental health, so it’s good to have favourable and supportive people around us. We can do this literally but most of all, we can give everything to God in prayer, God through His Holy Spirit, will speak words of comfort to our hearts, to our minds, and with doing this simple task regularly, it is sure to strengthen our minds.


Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression,
But a good word makes it glad. proverbs 12:25
