Welcome:
If you’re reading my blog for the first time welcome and I hope you will stop by often. Right now I am writing a series of Elfchen poems which will be mainly Bible base or on nature. I understand from my blogging friend Richard who also writes poems, that the word “Elfchen” means Elevenies, since these poems will have only Eleven words. You can check out some of Richard’s poems here Big Sky Buckeye At times you may also find me writing Haiku poems which will be a little different than Elfchen…both are very enjoyable to write, and what I like most about them; You can relay a message in very few words.
Blessed
When authentic
You’ll see God
You know His Character
Truthful
God Reveals Himself:
When we are pure in our hearts and in our thoughts, in our motives, God will reveal Himself to us, and will grant us eternal life. God knows everything about us, we cannot hide from Him. When we put on an outward show for others to see, God knows that we are not being authentic, so not only should we outwardly look good, but our hearts and thoughts should also be clean.
Scripture:
Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God. Matthew 5:8

Blessed
Are peacemakers
God calls them;
They are His children
Adopted
What Happens When We Strive For Peace:
When God created this earth, He wanted it to be a place where we could live in peace, so when we try to maintain peaceful living here on earth, God refers to us as His children. He will one day take us to our eternal home to live with Him.
Scripture:
Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9

Blessed
Are persecuted
Seeking after righteousness
They receive God’s Kingdom
Awarded
What Happens When We Are Persecuted:
When we are persecuted for doing the will of God, He will eventually reward us. One day we will receive our inheritance. We will receive access to His Kingdom.
Scripture:
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Matthew 5:10-12
Thank You:
