If you’re reading my blog for the first time welcome and I hope you will stop by often. Right now I am writing a series of Elfchen poems which will be mainly Bible base or on nature. I understand from my blogging friend Richard who also writes poems, that the word “Elfchen” means Elevenies, since these poems will have only Eleven words. You can check out some of Richard’s poems here Big Sky Buckeye At times you may also find me writing Haiku poems which will be a little different than Elfchen…both are very enjoyable to write, and what I like most about them; You can relay a message in very few words.

Blessed

Are Meek

Kindness shown daily

They inherit eternal life

What God Says Will Happen To The Humble:

When we show meekness and kindness to each other through our daily living, God will give us the ultimate blessing. We will get to spend a lifetime in eternity with Him. There is no room for the proud, the judgemental and the hateful evil doers, their only reward is the life they are living right now.

Blessed are the meek,
For they shall inherit the [a]earth. Matthew 5:4

Blessed

When thirsty;

Seeking after righteousness

You will be filled

What Happens When We Keep Seeking After God:

When we continually seek after God, we are showing how much we love Him and that we are interested in knowing everything about Him. When God sees us living our lives in this manner, this is when He will reveal Himself to us.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

Blessed

When merciful

God does likewise

Showing you mercy always

Possess

What God Will Give To Those Who Show Mercy:

When we are forgiving towards one another and show kindness instead of hate, God will bless us abundantly with His mercy.

Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy. Matthew 5:7

I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth. I believe that if the Caterpillar can fly we too can learn to fly. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. As you know the Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. And we too have a "Host" and He also provides us with abundant food. If we used the fuel from this food (Scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress. We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts and minds.
