If you’re reading my blog for the first time welcome and I hope you will stop by often. Right now I am writing a series of Elfchen poems which will be mainly Bible base or on nature, and I’m using “The Passion Translation” (TPT) for the ones that are Bible base. I understand from my blogging friend Richard who also writes poems, that the word “Elfchen” means Elevenies, since these poems will have only Eleven words. You can check out some of Richard’s poems here Big Sky Buckeye At times you may also find me writing Haiku poems which will be a little different than Elfchen…both are very enjoyable to write, and what I like most about them; You can relay a message in very few words.

He

The Creator

Created the creatures

Worthy; be He praised

Forever

God Almighty created all the animals and He gave them to Adam to name, and to take care of. I’m sure Adam also enjoyed all his interaction with God’s creatures.

Wild

Looks adorable

Fascinated by them

But will never approach

Animals

Because of the sinful act of disobedience which occurred in the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve could no longer live there. The animals, though still beautiful, lost some of their inner beauty in that they were no longer perfect as the whole earth was affected by that one sinful act. However, a day is coming when all sin will once again be wiped out and perfection will be restored. The lion will lie down beside the lamb, and we will be able to approach all of them without any fear, and most of all, we will continually sing praises to our Creator.

Thanks for stopping by and reading. No matter what may be happening in your life today, God cares. He is a loving and a forgiving God, and He has wonderful things in store for all who choose to follow Him. May you be blessed this day and always.
