1 Every Thursday I would give you something from the bible and you find a scripture to go with the word. If you want you can write a little bit on what the scripture means to you. Don’t forget to follow mycreatorscreation so you won’t miss out on this challenge.

Today’s Word: Lost
6 “I have revealed you[a] to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. 7 Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. 8 For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. 9 I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours. 10 All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. 11 I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of b]”>[b] your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one. 12 While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by c]”>[c] that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. John 17:6-12

Matthew but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel (Matthew 10:6 ESV)
Blog: Warren Richards
“GOD, the Master, says: From now on, I myself am the shepherd. I’m going looking for them. As shepherds go after their flocks when they get scattered, I’m going after my sheep. I’ll rescue them from all the places they’ve been scattered to in the storms. I’ll bring them back from foreign peoples, gather them from foreign countries, and bring them back to their home country. I’ll feed them on the mountains of Israel, along the streams, among their own people. I’ll lead them into lush pasture so they can roam the mountain pastures of Israel, graze at leisure, feed in the rich pastures on the mountains of Israel. And I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep. I myself will make sure they get plenty of rest. I’ll go after the LOST, I’ll collect the strays, I’ll doctor the injured, I’ll build up the weak ones and oversee the strong ones so they’re not exploited.” Ezekiel 34:11-16 MSG –
Let it so, Lord. May every heart , Raise a Hallelujah; You are the Good Sheppard!

For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. — Luke 19:10

The parable of the one lost sheep came to mind.
Luke 15:4 KJV
4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
Amen!!
From Psalm 119:176
“I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek out your servant, for I do not forget your commandments.”
Even when we are lost and not following God’s commandments, He searches for us. He wants our lives to no longer feel lost as if we have gone astray like sheep. He desires to have us return to the flock.
Amen…so true!!
