Why Take A Photo Retreat #2

Scroll down to content

This was just a simple photo taken with friends last summer. We were already in the early stages of thinking about where we would go this summer. How quickly things can change. Such a photo as this could now cost us to be fined $750 each. It is good to look back on this photo and remember the time we share on that particular day.

Friends at the Botanical Garden

While I remember yet another beautiful outing, I will never take for granted the opportunity to sit freely on a bench in a field of lavender. As I look back on this photo I remember the different butterflies flying around and also the beautiful dragonflies. I do hope I will get to visit yet another lavender field this year.

Meditate on These Things ] Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Philippians 4:8

  1. I remember both of these excursions and I can’t wait to get out and experience more of God’s beautiful creations. I pray that this pandemic will be over soon so that we can spend time outside in nature with our friends.
