These Scriptures were brought to my attention yesterday while speaking to someone. They do not paint a pretty picture of what is immediately before us, but the good new is; eventually a new day will dawn.

Where ever you may be living at this time on earth, you are being asked, or you will be ask to stay home for a period of time due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We took so much for granted, and now it seems like such a hard thing to be asked to stay in doors. More and more we should be finding that each day we awaken, it certainly is a gift from God.
Another time is soon coming when we will have to stay in our homes, and perhaps we will do it without being asked to. This “Shelter In Place” that we have now, is more than likely a preparation time for us, before something even more devastating occurs. If we use this time wisely it could become a very positive experience. It’s a good time to become more familiar with the Bible, and to establish an even more personal relationship with God.
Come, my people, enter your chambers,
And shut your doors behind you;
Hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment,
Until the indignation is past. Isaiah 26:20 NKJV
Go into your houses, my people, and shut the door behind you. Hide yourselves for a little while until God’s anger is over. Isaiah 26:20 GNT
Yes, our God certainly is a God of love, and because He loves us I believe a time is coming when this earth will be restored to our heavenly Eden, but before that happens there will be a judgement that will fall upon this earth sometime in the future, and we may really have to stay in our homes at that time.
Take Refuge from the Coming Judgment
For behold, the Lord comes out of His place
To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity;
The earth will also disclose her blood,
And will no more cover her slain. Isaiah 26:1 NKJV
The Lord is coming from his heavenly dwelling place to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The murders that were secretly committed on the earth will be revealed, and the ground will no longer hide those who have been killed. Isaiah 26:21 GNT
So for now we should we should listen to the officials and stay indoors as much as possible. We should also seek God and build a solid relationship with Him that the enemy will not be able to penetrate.

Proverbs 18:10 MSG
10 GOD’s name is a place of protection— good people can run there and be safe.
Yes, that’s an awesome one to remember for these times we’re living in.
Yes, all His promises are yeah and Amen to those that believe!
On the 20th of this month, verse 20 of Isaiah 26 was circulating on the social media so I read the entire chapter and found comfort in the following verses. There is a remnant that will be saved from the wrath of God. We just have to ensure that we are part of this remnant.
2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.
3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
4 Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:
5 For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust. (Isaiah 26:2-5)
Thank you for sharing. Let us continue to pray for each other.
Praise God as we find faith in the midst of this crisis.
