1   Every Thursday I would give you something from the bible and you find a scripture to go with the word. If you want you can write a little bit on what the scripture means to you. Don’t forget to follow  mycreatorscreation so you won’t miss out on this challenge.

Today’s Word: Disorder

With everything that is happenings around the globe, many of our lives have changed drastically. As the first scripture tells us, God does not wants us to live our lives in disorder, but rather He wants us to be living in peace and harmony.

For the second scripture, you can read the full story in 2 Chronicles 15, but this scripture is letting us know that as long as we look for God we will find Him. God will never abandon any of us His little children. It is us that turn our backs on Him, and by doing so…it is us that abandon Him.

Right now the whole globe is in a state of disorder, and as Christians we know that the enemy is very hard at work. We also know that God is still in control and ….We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom He has called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

…..because God does not want us to be in disorder but in harmony and peace. As in all the churches of God’s people,….. 1 Corinthians 14:33 (GNT)

The Lord is with you as long as you are with him. If you look for him, he will let you find him, but if you turn away, He will abandon you. For a long time Israel lived without the true God, without priests to teach them, and without a law. But when trouble came, they turned to the Lord, the God of Israel. They searched for Him and found Him. In those days no one could come and go in safety, because there was trouble and disorder in every land. 2 Chronicles 15: 2-5 (GNT)

“But if you want anything beyond this, it will be settled in the lawful assembly. For we are running the risk of being accused of rioting in regard to today’s events, and since there is no reason for it, we will be unable to give an account and justify this Disorderly gathering.” And when he had said these things, he dismissed the assembly.” Acts‬ ‭19:39-41‬ ‭AMP‬‬
Even though hearts are anxious, even though souls don’t know who holds tomorrow. Even though fears is roaming around in a darkened moment, the light of humanity needs to shine… bright! Unlawful, and ungodly; should never outshine the love within our hearts! God bless!

(I added this text because even though it does’t have the word “disorder” it says so much.)
For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God; for the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and will obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning in labor pains until now; and not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly while we wait for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.
Romans 8:19-23
It will not be this way always…God’s plans will be fulfilled. So looking forward to that day!

God is not the author of disorder, chaos.
1 Corinthians 14:33 KJV  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

  1. “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.” Psalm 56:3

We shouldn’t have to be afraid as fear makes us do the unthinkable. Instead, we should be trusting in our Creator to get us through any situation no matter how dark it might look at the moment.

    1. I love this passage, even though it doesn’t have the word “disorder” in it, I will add it, because it reminds me so much of what is now happening.

  4. From James 3:16
“For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disorder and wickedness of every kind.”

In challenging times, everyone needs to put aside their differences and row the boat in a positive course.
