Quebec City was never really on my list of places to visit, and now I’m not really sure why. I have visited Vancouver a couple of times and I would also like to visit the provinces on the east coast like Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. However, after visiting Quebec City for the first time, I would love to visit again. The places we visited were beautiful, and the people very warm and friendly.
So I was walking along the street taking photos of anything I found interesting. I saw these three in costumes, and even though it was a bad angle I tried snapping the photo. The man in the middle caught me. I thought he may have been angry, but it was totally the opposite.
He turned them toward me and as you can see, the three of them smiling sweetly for the photo. I was very pleasantly surprised.
It was very difficult to avoid getting people in the photos. The streets were bustling with people as they came and went. I did try to avoid capturing as many as I could, because I know some people do not like being in photos.
As I walked along I heard a man calling, “Madam, madam.” I looked across the street in the direction of the voice. He was calling out to me, telling me I could take a picture of him and his friends, and so I did. They were o very nice and accommodating. I thanked him, and yet again I was pleasantly surprised.
The workers I spoke to in the stores were also amicable. So my interaction with the people while in Quebec was a very pleasant one.
