So often we will wonder why and how we got ourselves into certain situations. Why do things not seem to work out for us. Could it be that we are not walking according to God? Could it be that He is saving us from a bigger disaster?

Most often many of us will blame God when situations turn our wrong in our lives, but could it be that we are trying to get by without our focus being on God? Could it be that we think we know what is best for our situation and no one else can tell us what to do?
When we keep our eyes on the Lord, He lifts us up and carries us. He steadies our feet giving us a sense of security.
I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With Him at my right hand I will not be shaken. Psalm 16:8

I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth.
If the Caterpillar can undergo a transformation, going from crawling to flying we too should be capable of accomplishing much more. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. The Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. We too have a "Host" and He also provides us with an abundance of food. If we would use the fuel from this food (scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress.
We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts, if only in our minds.

When we focus on God’s Word, He keeps us walking on a truer path. There are no guarantees it will be easy, but He will see us through to our destination.
So very true. Maybe new believers in Christ may think as long as they believe the path will be easy, but its not so. Many tough situations the Christian has to deal with, but praise God we know that He is with us every step of the way. He will give us the strength to take the next step.
So very true Leola. Sometimes we just donโt want to hear what the LORD says ๐
No, we want the goodness He has to offer us, but we don’t want to listen to Him in case He says something we don’t want to do.
Exactly ๐
Amen!
