When Lake And Marsh Flow Into Each Other

The same thing that is happening now also took place a few years ago. We had lots of rain, and the lakes were over flowing, after they receded our landscape was somewhat changed. That year many shore birds I had never seen before came for a visit.

As you can see from these photos you can’t distinguish between the lake and the marsh except for the tree, which is somewhat dividing the two. It will be interesting to see what takes place after the waters lower.

Staying Above The Waters:

What ever you may be experiencing where you are, try to make the most of any given day. Don’t allow your self to let the waters overflow you. Make the best of any situation by giving it all to God. Just a little reminder to remember that God is always there.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. Isaiah 43:2

  2. Amen! Leola, I appreciate how you apply scripture to your photographs.

As written in Psalm 18:16: “He reached down from on high; he took me; he drew me out of mighty waters.”
