Brassy

Brassy: bold (adjective) careful, cautious, prudent, humble (antonyms)
Many times in the bible, the men of God were referred to as being bold or doing things with boldness. So in the right circumstances, especially if you are being a faithful witness for God, it’s alright to be brassy. On the other hand, the wicked who one may think to be bold, they will easily lose hope and become fearful, even when there is nothing to fear.

I am a Christian who believes in Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I also believe that Jesus will soon return to this earth.
I believe that if the Caterpillar can fly we too can learn to fly. We just have to attach our wings in the right place. As you know the Caterpillar uses the Milk Weed as its host, its source for food. And we too have a "Host" and He also provides us with abundant food. If we used the fuel from this food (Scripture) effectively, we too would be able to fly. Our "Minds" can be freed from all burdens and stress. We can more easily be lifted up when we allow God to be our Host. He would continually feed us. God through His word can teach us how to fly...if only in our thoughts and minds.

Amen! I pray we are all bold in the Word of our Lord who is faithful to us 🙂
Yes, I often think of how merciful He is to me, when I know I really don’t deserve it.
I feel that way all the time, and when I say I don’t deserve it people say I do. But I know the rotten person I was and what a testament to God’s love and mercy for us all that He can love someone like me. Thank you so much sister for being so kind, and humble and full of God’s love :):) It is a true blessing 🙂
So I not too long heard a sermon about God’s grace and it is so true….none of us are deserving…..but only because He is so loving and kind….He gifts us with His grace. We as Christians are to be a support for each other, and it is nice to find Christians on here and talk about God’s love…He is good and merciful to forgive, and I too am very thankful for that each and every day.
Amen :):):) well said 🙂
What a wonderful use of the word! I like your post!
Thank you…when I saw the word I had no idea what to write, but though I couldn’t find brassy in the bible, I knew that “bold” would be there. Thanks for stopping by.
