Hideout“>Hideout
After spending much time seeking safety in the wrong things and in the wrong place, I have finally found my “Ultimate Hideout.”
I never knew this could be truly possible, but I now know, that I have full access to God through His Holy Spirit. THIS SPIRIT HAS A COMFORTING VOICE He carries me, He speaks words of comfort to my mind and I know that the words of the bible are not antiquated. On my part I must have faith that God hears my every cry, and He will lift me up.
Prayer is another way that I choose to use as a “Hideout.”(Refuge) I pray and I wait for Him to answer. God does answer us in His time. Sometimes He also answers in way we may not like, so we choose not to follow Him, that’s why most of us will end up living unhappy and unfulfilled lives.
Here are a few more scriptures on Refuge….(Hideout.)
Psalm 7:1 Lord my God, I take refuge in You; save and deliver me from all who pursue me.
Psalm 9:9 The Lord is a refuge (Hiding Place) for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Psalms 14:6 The evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the Lord is their refuge. (Hideout.)
This gives us the strength to face life . Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much for stopping by….God is good!!
Thank you so much for the Scriptures. I love them!
Thanks for stopping by…..I am so grateful for the many scriptures we are left with as promises that will strengthen us, if we will only have the faith to believe….that is one thing that I’ve learned in my relationship with God…..He will do His part, but we must also do ours, by putting our trust in Him, and simply believe.
Loved this post! Isn’t it amazing how we can turn to God and He will provide us with His strength to help us face our fears and do the impossible? I am so glad to have found your blog!
