When a storm is coming
Birds quicken, making haste
And fly away.
Man, on other hand
Secure their houses
And plan to stay.
The birds flew away
They are now free
Death’s knocking at man’s door,
Its coming he did not see.
So, it will be with Last Days event. Scriptures tells us that things will happen quickly, like a woman and birth pains. The pains come quicker and more frequently, the closer it gets to the time of the birth……. So, it also will be just before Jesus returns to this earth. Storms will increase, evil will be plentiful, and there will be a lack of compassion.

A Fotolio Photo
He’s at the center of my relationship,
He’s at the center of my strength.
He’s at the center of my joy,
He’s at the center of my love.
My God is the center of my everything.
When thinking of the word for today which is jiggle, and how to use it, I thought of some of the birds that move so very quickly to and fro, that it makes it almost impossible to clearly capture them.
The Nuthatch is one of those birds. They do not stay perched for long, so you have to be quick and be continually shooting, and hope that one of your clicks does the job.
Other birds which moves very quickly up and down trees are the Warblers and Creepers….I’m still waiting for a really clear photo.
Bay Breasted Warbler
For a few years now Cranberry Marsh has been one of my favorite places to visit. It’s a very tranquil setting for man and for animals.
Many of the migrating birds use this as a rest stop as they head south, and then back north again.
Last year we watched in horror as our marsh turned into a meadow. It is now devoid of water fowl and birds. We are praying for rain and a return of bird as we hope that our marsh does not turn into an arid waste land. Things are truly changing as this earth heats up.
Within us humans, God has place an instinct or the know-how to take care of our young ones.
The animals also know what to do and how to take care of their young ones.
God’s creativity never ceases to amaze me.
Most will not go through life
Without a slur on their name.
Usually it’s the slanderer that’s lacking,
Hold your head high, and give God your shame.
God is merciful, He is not like man,
He will forgive us
While our fellow-man will have us damned.
A Good Match
As I was walking along the trails one day, I happen to look down at the water, and was amaze to see the how beautiful it looked washing over the river rocks. I notice it was only like this in certain areas because of the sunshine.
It looked like Nature’s Natural Painting….Hand Painted by our Creator…..
The Rhythmic rolling of the waves can be very soothing as they wash ashore.
Here at the Southern most tip of Ontario, instead of rolling in, they overlap each other in a most unusual way, almost making a perfect “X.”
After spending much time seeking safety in the wrong things and in the wrong place, I have finally found my “Ultimate Hideout.”
I never knew this could be truly possible, but I now know, that I have full access to God through His Holy Spirit. THIS SPIRIT HAS A COMFORTING VOICE He carries me, He speaks words of comfort to my mind and I know that the words of the bible are not antiquated. On my part I must have faith that God hears my every cry, and He will lift me up.
Prayer is another way that I choose to use as a “Hideout.”(Refuge) I pray and I wait for Him to answer. God does answer us in His time. Sometimes He also answers in way we may not like, so we choose not to follow Him, that’s why most of us will end up living unhappy and unfulfilled lives.
Here are a few more scriptures on Refuge….(Hideout.)
Psalm 7:1 Lord my God, I take refuge in You; save and deliver me from all who pursue me.
Psalm 9:9 The Lord is a refuge (Hiding Place) for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Psalms 14:6 The evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the Lord is their refuge. (Hideout.)

Man knows it, animals knows it,
God is blessing us with his love.
This winter, February has been such a dark dull month, lacking in sunshine, that it was a blessing and a gift, to see the many smiling faces out today enjoying the mild weather and the beautiful sunshine.
